Dimitri is the Ministry of Admission divisional authority of East Grestin operations[1] and the supervisor of the inspector.[2] He visits the checkpoint every 10 days to report how many citations the inspector has received, and to evaluate his work at the border.

Gameplay[]

On day 10, the inspector meets the supervisor for the first time. He briefly evaluates the inspector's performance for the past 10 days, gives him a plaque, depending on his performance, and leaves.

During his second visit on day 20, in addition to his evaluation and plaque, the supervisor will take note of any unauthorized decor and missing plaques. If he finds any unauthorized wall hangings, the inspector will receive a 20-credit fine at the end of the day (missing plaques alone will not lead to a fine). Before he leaves, the supervisor will inform the inspector that a friend of his will be coming to cross the border soon, and orders him to approve her entry. It is later implied that he is romantically involved with her.[3] If she is Detained on day 25 or if the player ignored the day 10 citation (if one was gotten on day 10 in the first place) through keeping the team poster/drawing hanged, the game will end the next day.

The supervisor visits for the last time on day 30. He will announce the number of citations received but will not hand out any more plaques, saying "There are no more plaques". If the inspector denied Shae Piersovska's entry on day 25, the supervisor will scold the inspector. If the supervisor notices any unauthorized wall hangings for the second time, he will arrest the inspector and the game will end.

Based on the height measurement board in the booth, Dimitri is 165–170 cm tall. His exact height is obscured by his hat.
