Reason of denial

Reason for denial accompanied by the entry denied stamp.

Reason for denial is a stamp required to accompany all denials starting day 18 after unfavorable international press affects Arstotzkan immigration protocol. The text on the stamp never changes and is illegible. It appears to be a machine-processed answer generated when the inspector finds a discrepancy, which is the reason for the wires linked to the stamp.

Gameplay[]

The stamp becomes available when an entrant is interrogated for the first time and remains available until the entrant leaves the booth, even if they clarify discrepancies sufficiently. When denying entry, both denied and reason for denial must be stamped on a passport or an otherwise legitimate denial will lead to the citation "Denial reason not given."

It is possible to stamp a reason for denial and an entry approval on the same passport and let the entrant in. This does not lead to a citation if the person is clear for entry. Therefore, despite the title of the stamp, it is possible to stamp the reasoning as soon as a discrepancy appears, even if the Inspector intends to resolve the discrepancy later, or indeed approve the entrant. This can be quite useful during the January 3 and January 4 rule sets of endless mode. Placing any stamp on a passport allows the inspector to return documents to the entrant.
