Although it is entirely your decision, I feel letting me, 4UFP0T4T0M4N, and even possibly Toby The Pug at administrator duties? Surely we've proven ourselves worthy, and ranked fairly high on the ladder...with experience; and it can help with issues we could resolve on our own but require admin rank to do so.
It is entirely your decision, but haven't we all tried SO hard?
I don't have user rights to add new admins. Even if I did, I don't think admin rights should be given to people who specifically ask for them. And our editorial views seem to differ as some of your edits (and all of Toby The Pug's) feel a little non-constructive and/or often need touching afterwards to maintain readability, in my opinion. But what are "issues you could resolve on your own but require admin rank to do so"? Editing CSS? Or Son's Drawing?
Well, the admin rank things are simple things like removing categories or reporting, as well as adding...technical stuff like badges and whatnot.
Sigh, I suppose you are correct. Administrate as you see fit.
Can this part of the Son’s Drawing page be re-added?
”The clever double meaning demonstrates the artist's grasp of the double-edged nature of Arstotzkan "Heroism." Some critics have pointed out that the color and the stance of the eagle are references to the artist and his family's inevitable flight from Arstotzka to Obristan, a feat that deeply traumatized the artist before the actual escape.”
The user Glory to arstotzka has removed a large portion of the Antegrian husband and wife page and has added false information to the page. I have returned the page to its previous state but it should probably still be reported.
I only know it's something I don't have control over. I once lost 100 days on the wiki achievement on day 97 myself... so I can sympathize, at least :P You can change your time zone under preferences but I don't know if that affects anything. You probably need to ask the Wikia staff for additional info.
You're right, it is clearly a joke, the kind of thing that only works when there's one such article among otherwise serious writing. Whether one appreciates the (attempt at) humor is up to each reader, but the intentional deviation from wiki writing as a genre has been discussed in detail here and in the comments section, and the consensus seems to be that keeping it as it is adds a bit more to wiki than having a two-sentence item article otherwise would. And the game creator himself seemed to appreciate.
Hey! Kindly stop deleting my Credit (Disambiguation) site! I myself have actually wanted to go to end credits but got thrown into credits. Despite it being a lower traffic site, it should still deserve its own disambiguation page. Unfair! Your deletion was not a valid reason.
While this wiki doesn't have a specific disambiguation policy (at least not yet), Wikipedia has some good points we should take into consideration:
Credits is clearly the primary topic here with more links, hits, and traffic
Making a disambiguation page for a primary topic with only one other topic (in this case end credits) makes no sense since the same can be achieved with a hatnote (which both articles already have)
Having this particular disambiguation page adds an extra click to everyone wanting to go to the Credits article whereas clicks to get to End Credits remains the same even if there's no disambiguation page (unless one directly types end credits to the search box).
With the above in mind, I don't think there's a reason to keep the disambiguation page for Credit (it's also not your site per se since this is a common effort).
Peculiarly, it says you have the most contributations this week (week of Dec. 4), followed by CaveBall 9, despite me making quite a few contributations. I definetly made more than 1, so I probably should be included on the list? This is not a rant, I highly appreciate your skills. Thank you.
I never even got that achievement myself :D Anyway, it became rather obvious that people were penning pointless two-sentence entries just to get that achievement and that just reduced the overall quality of the wiki, so I turned the feature off.
...Almost like adding all the family emotion/condition badges to every two-paragraph article on the inspector's family to get the achievement for adding pictures, which also happened just recently.
The forum still exists if anyone wants to share some insights.
Oh, okay. Well, is it possible to delete that achievement? It really could be used to put other achievement locations. I also apoligize for putting the pictures, I actually wasn't doing it for picture achievements. Apoligies!
